Arrow help me make custom undertail exhaust for my bike!!!! few questions

think you guys will like this. After looking around for a exhaust and not falling in love with anything I have decided to make my own custom under tail exhaust with intagrated turn signals and brake lights. I need help though. Should I use stainless steel or aluminum? And I need help finding two stainless steel cores. The piece inside the exhaust that is stainless with a bunch of holes in it. And last but not least how can I make it loud and maintain back pressure? Use the least resistant exhaust packing? I have entire exhaust designed in my head including mounting and signal and brake light location. Making a undertail kit not needed. Hope you guys can help. Ill post pics of the build. I plan on spending less than 200 on the whole system thanks guys

it is dual outlet but my plan is to go one pipe right up until i enter the can and put a y in... with the correct inlet size and two outlet sizes half the diameter of the intlet...(so its like having the same pressure.....)

as for it being a tall idea not so much.... i know alot of people... machinists, welders, etc.... so im pretty convinced on doing this

ive thought of pretty much everything last night i was in bed and couldnt sleep and the idea poped into my head and i worked everything out..... how to make it repackable if i ever need to.... what im going to use to make sure the led's dont get to hot... and since im going to have to drill to put them in.... how to make it so i dont create a exhaust leak..... what to use for the mounting brackets..... the general size..... i know where to get the led strips..... only things i need now are where to get stainless steel spiral cores and how to keep the bike loud and sounding agressive but maintaining the right back pressue... and a fiberglass packing suggestion since they make different kind for different purposes

i need something like that... that i can purchase in like 17" lengths or whatever i decide as far as length.....

give me your guys input what do you think???????????????????

I really like how this one looks: http://www.kneedraggers.com/details/...R--615647.html

Like the shape. I think that was the one on the pictures above.

I'd make something similar too actually. The pipe under the tail looks better. But is there a way to hide the whole system underneath the bike. They aren't designed to this I believe.
