was wondering if you can take a 900cc piston and put it in my 600cc motor main reason is because of racing class im staying in 600cc class...then can i put a 900cc head on the motor...if all of thios is possible will it even be a gain of power?

Ok well I'm not a mech, but I KNOW you cannot bore out a 600cc motor to 900cc. oh and even if you manage to put a 900cc piston in your bike, you still wont be able to race in a 600cc class, you will race in the . . . . . 900cc class.

man you guys

ok so what you can do that's legal in CCS and WERA

is you have to have the stock displacement and compression ratio. and you can bore to only 1mm any over and you can't use it...

In my thread I've been collecting the parts to make a super f4 motor.

that would be

Wiseco pistons

CK106 $729.88 67.00mm STD
Compression Ratio - Actual:
12.8:1
Displacement:
599cc
Stroke:
42.50mm
Notes:
Cylinder deglazing required

connecting rods and crank balanced and shot peen ( thinks that's how you spell it)

Factory pro shift star, and ign advancer timer.

Cbr F4I head which is a huge up grade from the f4.

Get the cams grinded at Web Cam Racing

tranny gears have to stay factory but you can change the sprockets. our bikes like the -1/+2 config

carb jetted but if you have the f4i skip this step.

also getting the motor and head milled is ok as well as using a thinner gasket just make sure the piston doesn't head the head....

ape cam chain tenioner
their are also some head upgrades you can do to the vales

if you don't feel as if you can do any of this talk to theses guys if you are a racer you can get discounts from them.
