Default Dynojet company question

Does Dynojet actually dyno test each of the bikes they develop kits for? It seems to me like that would be alot of research time. Anybody can post dyno charts on the internet but are they actually the real charts pretaining to that bike model? Basically what I'm asking is, do you think Dynojet actually had a CBR00F1 while they were doing their research and development or were they just guesstimating when developing a jet kit?
