Down to last little mod
94 600 F2...10k miles...immaculate except for a bit of rust on the stock chain.
1. Added a Fender Elim kit...cost: $25...
2. Added a slip-on exhaust...sound is much better than stock...no re-jetting so the power is the same. Cost: $230...
3. Added a seat cowl which the pic below shows...(be kind....can't draw with a mouse)...the last things I need to do.
Okay...this is basically the trim I need to make.
1. Make the passenger foam and cover into a backrest, (cowl rest?...NM)
like everyone has seen a million times..
Tuck the cover underneath the foam and staple.
2. Then get some Eva foam and get rid of the stock foam to do the
rider seat.
(I suck at drawing with a mouse so be kind...)
3. Make the pilot seat about 1 1/2 inches shorter and flatter than the stocker.
May spray the closed cell foam with some kind of paint...maybe red to match
the accents in the stock graphics...
4. Finally, the seat cowl will have some black rubber, like window sealing rubber around the edges. Subtle...not so it stands out.
Now...ain't nothin' to it but to do it...

Cost thus far on cowl: $75
Going to finsih painting the cowl of course...gloss black...then 2 coats of clear...
