Default Best way to lower front of F4i?

I was considering lowering the front of my F4i just a tad to keep the front end down and move some of the balance more towards the front. Nothing radical.

And when you look at Sport Rider's suspension setup "how-to", under their recommended settings, they say to lower the forks in the triple-clamp by 5mm.

How does one do that? I mean, I can see that there are like 4 bolts to loosen, but how does one ease it down only 5mm and keep both forks even? If you had to do this by yourself, what's the trick to doing this?

I had to move mine down to get the proper setup with my clip-ons. Loosen one fork leg, use a block of wood on the tripple, tap the wooden block so the tripple goes down 5mm. Tighten, repeat on the other side.

Make sure each side is perfectly even or the bike will pull like a bitch
