Default 2001 cbr600f exhaust headers

Does anyone know where to get headers?

I am in the market for some stainless headers for my 2001 cbr600f (UK) as mine have rusted through quite badly.
The only ones I can find are the Delkevic set however I've heard bad reports of them so I'm a bit sceptical!

If I can't find anything else then I might fabricate my own(I have access to a laser cutter at work and my friend fabricates turbo manifolds for cars).
Anyone know what sort of issues I might run into if I decide to make my own?

I will be buying a power commander and tuning the bike anyway!

Any help would be appreciated, thanks! 👍

That's a really nice looking machine, great nick for the age.
I have not heard any bad reports on the Delkevik systems and I believe they come with a 5 year warranty and are UK made so some comfort there., I have heard some issue with the Black Widow systems as they are Chinese and only a two year warranty.
As far as I am aware they are the only suppliers at present in the UK.
If you can get some made that would be fantastic and of course you would have full control over the manufacturing process.
I have a PC on mine and whilst not a noticeable increase in power (+3-5 hp) the delivery is significantly smoother and cures the hole in the torque curve at 3-5k

Thanks for clearing that up for me, I think I got mixed up with the Delkevic and black widow! I ended up getting the Delkevic headers and I am very happy with them. With a 5 year warranty you can't really go too far wrong!
Im aware there's not a great deal of power to be gained from the PC but I think it's worth the peace of mind to know its not running far too lean.
