Oops! my bad its a f2, i sliced off most of the stock mounting locations and also where the tail light mounts to the back. i figured if i need it back on i can always weld it.

What year RR tail are you going with? I used the 03-04 tail. this is how mine sits.

All i did was make a bracket to go from side to side so the seat can hook into the front. The back bracket is purely for support. I have the tail mounted to a stock 600rr latch which holds the rear of the fairing tight.

I bent 2 brackets into an L shape and mounted them to the stock subframe and bolted the 600rr passenger/solo cowl latch to it.

The tail is from an 05, i decided to just go to own with 1/2 and 3/4 swuare tubing. its all tacked in place right now but it would have been a hell lot easier to make brackets. do i need the trunk compartment for the latch ?

lots of welding but its all secure i plan on making a "trunk" space out of fiberglass in the rear and using that as the undertail section. i still need to remount the battery box after some trimming. anywhere i can get the rear seat cheap?? thanks a ton ill have my bike out for the first time on sunday if all goes well.
