I think stunts would be hard for you fizz...if a burnout is difficult your probably right a wheelie or stoppie are way too dangerous for you to try. just stick with wasting your money on tires and steel piping
I'm thinking you're messing with the back-pressure, which results in power loss. Not to mention there's a difference between having a loud exhaust and having a exhaust that actually sounds good. Not my cup of tea.

i lost some torque on it
but i enjoy the sound ..and i don`t think stoppies or wheelies are very dangerous but when they go wrong u re bike it s pretty much wrecked so that s why i burn my rubbers

The sound of the exhaust is very directional and will not serve to protect you from objects in front of you. Google it, it's not hard to find.
