Two Brothers M5 or C5

I have an 03 CBR600RR and looking at getting one of the two exhausts. Anyone know the difference between the two in terms of performance and sound?

Same performance same sound...the actual inside hole is the same...the only difference is the newmagnesium tip or the older one
