t-rex no cut frame sliders

Default t-rex no cut frame sliders

anyone have the t-rex no cut frame sliders on their 600rr i'm just looking to see what they look like installed since theyres no cutting required and i wasnt sure where the brackets go. didnt know if theyre worth buying or not

Some people like them, others don't (which is me.) One of my friends who bought an identical 600RR to mine wrecked and he had the no-cut sliders and the brackets broke, shattering the left side fairing and rashing up the tail and engine covers.

I have the standard style frame sliders you cut through the fairings with (which is really no big deal) and low sided at 70 mph and the bike slid for a good 80 feet or so. Just minor rash on the tail, saved the side fairing and my leg. If It wouldn't have slid so far, I believe the tail would have been fine. But as the sliders slide, they're like an eraser, and grind off so the bike doesn't catch and flip. It did exactly what it was supposed to do.

I personally am with Blue Fox on this one. The brackets can break. No big deal to cut the fairings.
