lol it seems like everything for bikes is twice as much as a car and half the product. a slipon is like 3-400. a catback for a car is the same if not cheaper.

they could range from 15-1800 for the pair .. up to 5k for a set

we (honda) do have the lightest OEM rims out there... but aftermarket rims are even LIGHTER

not uncommon to lose 8-10 lbs total in the rear
and 3-6 in the front ..

its reciprocating weight...

i have a set of marvic pentas that were 3500 new...
ill take 1800 (off a repsol... front is red.. back is orange) or 2k for them repowdercoated any color you want

ahahahaha the irony. You say that yet you have a $350+ glass pack muffler on your bike [yoshi slip on] and a glass pack cherry bomb for a car/truck is $30.

As for weight, nobody has mentioned aftermarket subframes and batterys [theres 15lbs together at least].

I was just about to say the cheapest mod would be to join a gym if you have a few pounds to lose.

not quite
subframe you would get maybe 1lb... maybe 2 at best
battery ... maybe you would get 2-4lbs max...

i have stock and aftermarket subframe
and stock and race battery for my 1krr the weight diff between the 1krr and the 6rr would be the same as far as the loss...

ill measure and post if you would like to see it 15lbs.. NO SHOT

the bike as a whole only weighs 400ish...
overall the most you could hope for is down to about high 370's .. but thats all out race stuff
harness rims... subframe.. exhaust... etc..
