My 2bros exhaust sits a little crooked out the back so I thought about taking a pipe bender and bend it so it sits straight but a friend told me that it would crack the coating on the pipe is this true?

 

Ummmmmmmmm? Coating on the pipe what coating? it's metal......but if u are going to bend it i would think it would be best to heat it up with a torch or what not....makes it easier to work with....and if there is such a coating if its warm it should prevent it from cracking.



whats the deal with 2bros everyone says that thiers sits crooked? guess i know what i am not gonna buy

 

I have a 2 Bros Carbon Fiber on my '03 F4i and I love it. It sits beautifully! it is a can and midpipe though. Maybe that is the difference?!?

 

yo mang...depends which pipe, some may have some bling bling semi-chrome stuff.
that is a HUGE PIPE BENDER if you gots it.
how's it sit crooked? like not in line with the rest of the bike so the tip is closer to the centerline of the bike? if that's the case, supposed to be like that mang...

I forgot to mention that I have an rr not an f4i witch means it comes out from under the seat crooked. It does have some shiny bling bling stuff but I think it is stainless steel. I still love the pipe and if I had to do it all over again?...........................................I 'd still buy the 2 bros cuz the sound is second to none.

 

hey is it centered under the seat and just canted or is it crooked left and right. i have a yosh and it was canted but centered under my seat what i had to do was loosen the clamp and crab the can to rotate it strait and now it looks good and centered.

 

No its crooked left to right.
