RPMs???????
im wanting to do the 520 conversion with 1 down in the front and two up in the back. Im wanting to know what is the diffrence in rpm at cruising speed. like i think its 7000 now at 80 in sixth gear, just want to make sure it wont be revving to high since i ride highway 40% of the time. thanks. oh and i have a 06 cbr 600rr. Also where is a good place to get a conversion kit? (aluminum)

I think this link will andswer your question, I found it very usefull. Its www.gearingcommander.com Hope it helps. Johnny
so a friend of mine has the gearing done and says he bounces on rev limiter in sixth thats 150 mph . im getting my dyno tune done in a few weeks and having them program my bike for up to 17000 prm . if i top out at even 16600 ill be doing a true 167. now that my friend is good for me and if i take it to seventeen 170, i think its totaly doable since redline comes so quick at 15
I've heard its really dangerous to let your engine rev that high, (much over 15,500) because of the mechanical limits of engine parts. If that is so, then what's a seized engine going to do to you at 170mph? I'd rather not know, bro. I think if you need to go 170 it's time to step up to a literbike. Jus' sayin'
