Take it from a guy who's 6'3 and mods bikes to pass the time: you're screwed. I've tried both the Woodcraft static ones, and the adjustable vortex's on a couple of different CBRs, and even on an SV650, and it's all pretty much the same problem. Your knees are either up around the tank, or your're crammped into a little ball like a frog. We're just not built for sport bikes - they're made for 5'6" Japanese dudes.
My best experience was with the Woodcrafts. They bring the pegs back about 2", which doesn't seem like much, but you can feel it. They bring your knees down off the tank, but at the expense of having to angle your feet up towards your shin more. I liked them better than the stock ones, I'll give them that.
