Rear wheel swap CBR 600 f3

Hello. I want to add a wider rear wheel to a cbr 600 f3. I have a 5.5 rim from a 900rr, does anyone know if it can be modified accordingly, can I use a swingarm from a cbr f4? Thanks in advance
