Does anyone know if the rear seat cowl can be interchanged on bikes of different years? Such as will the 07 rear seat cowl fit on an 09?

 

I am 99.99% positive a rear seat cowl from a 07 will fit an 09.

 

08 till present are the same. The bike was redesigned in 08. I don't think an 07 cowl will fit an 09. We are talking 1000rr s right?
Doh... I thought I clicked on the 1000rr section below this. My bad. Next time I'll try putting on the glasses before I click.

 

Over in cbrnation.com the main Admin.(Matt) has a 04 or 05 rear cowl for sale. Look in the for sale section.

 

The 04-05 tail section is different than the 09 so I doubt the cowl will fit, but I am not positive. If it was me I would stick with the 07-10 models as they are all the same.

 

for the 600rr 03-06 are the same and 07-10 are the same.
