Default power commander question

i found a used power commander i was considering buying. My bike is an 03RR with jardine and k&n but the owner of the power commander had an 04' with yoshi exhaust and k&n. Will this still completely work on my bike or will i need to have it remaped or something to get the most out of it?

the power commander itself should work on your bike. But you should probably download the correct map for your pipe. It can be found on dynojet's website http://powercommander.com/115-411.aspx or on the cd-rom if it is included. most likely, you wont notice much or a diff. between the two maps but it doesnt hurt to have the right one since it is free.
