Default Power Commander Question???

does everyone suggest putting the power commander in. how does it get wired into the bike. im not really that good with this stuff prob just let the dealer do it. I was able to do my lighting and little things but I think this might be alittle to much for my skill.

its a an easy 1 hour install depending on your mechanical ability. it hooks to your lower set of injectors and the mapping in it can be adjusted by laptop or desktop. i highly recommend this mod especially with a full system.

I have the RS5 carbon cone on order so I've been researching the PC III. It looks easy enough to install and there are a few places out there that will pre-map it for your setup. There are only a couple connections to hook up and it's plug and play. Here are the pics for the instructions:

what all can you do with the power commander? i only have a slip on yosh rs-5 but i was thinking about getting a k&n air filter, do i need to get the pcIII for this or can i run a k&n filter with my stock ecu settings. i know you can up your horsepower a little with it but can you also ajust some power down if you want to save on gas? i would just like to know a little more about all the features of the unit. thanks.
