hey peeps...

got a 99 cbr 600 F4 and i wanna get ride of that god-awful rear fender...i've seen a few kits on the forum and other sites but anyone got any tips on best kit for the $ ??

i thinkthat you can just make a decent looking fe and save tones of money. i personally spent 30 bucks on a fe kit think that i dont see how it would work originally, but i basically used it as a platform to make it custom. it was a Motrax fe kit with two turn signals, a kit thing, and a relay. i just took the kit and signals, screwed them together, and then too two L brackets and connected it to my exhaust mount. easy peasy lemon squeezy

 

if you haven't done it yet you can actually just trim off the stock fender. leave your undertail and seat lock, you can then move the license plate up and mount it with the seat lock through the left upper hole. if you're interested i can post pics and get a thorough how to posted up.

 

jus make your own man. youll save money and itll be more of how u want it to look. just get a universal kit or somethin at ur local shop and just fabricate it to work. thats what i did
