Default Modified F4 to F4i and got problems

Hello folks, maybe someone can help he here. Last year I decided to modify my 1999 F4 to look like a 2001 F4i. I have the back seat perfect and the front was perfect looking to. However, when I tried to drive the bike, it now starts to sputter after I reach 45 mph. And I will barely let me go any fast with out sputtering very bad. I check all my valves, rings, fuel pump, filter and everything I could think of. Then finally I took it to a guy who works on bikes. I informed him of my upgrade to the F4 and then he said did I keep the same speedometer. I asked why, and he said because the gauges and everything connect up with the bikes computer. ****!, it did not dawn on me. But every since I put that front piece on with the F4i speedo, it has not ran correctly. Does anyone have any suggestion or a wiring map so that I can make sure that all wires were connected properly. I am ready to ride.

I would take his word for it in that case! Get a bible for your bike ( if you dont already have one) And get a copy of the f4i bible... if you wanna shoot me your email ill make a copie of the wiring diagram for my f4i...
