Default Mirror

So I've been riding my new-to-me CBR for a few weeks now. I need to do something about these mirrors. I cant see behind me at all. specially in Ottawa, people tend to creep up on you so something needs to be done.

so far my options are:

Mirror extensions

Blind Spot Mirrors

Or something else like handle bar end mirrors.

or maybe something like this

so what have you guys and girls used?
and what works the best?

thanks

On a bike, seeing directly behind you is difficult regardless of which mirrors you have. I keep my mirrors aimed in a little at my elbows, then lift my arm to see behind me. Also, riding on one side of the lane or the other helps as well.

yes this is normally what i do, but in the few days Ive been riding i almost got rear ended twice. so i really do need to watch behind me. it could have a lot to do with the city as well.

so has no one used any of these? can give me any advice? good or bad?? on any of these at all???
