so, maybe he's one of "those" riders. what's the big deal? He asked about internal engine mods, not how to spend his money to get around a track faster.

erion sells cams, go to a machine shop and get your head milled, file fitrings, port your heads, and of course you'll need a custom map, on another note why does everyone on this board give moral answers to mechanical questions, i had a dodge stealth and was on 3si, they have group buys to machine shops for custom internals it seems that the bike forums are people interested in audio visual mods not that there is anything wrong with that but where are the mechanics and engineers forums for bikes

I wasn't coming down on anyone Nfamous. Or saying he was a particular "type." I was commenting more about those above who said few are getting all their bike has anyway.

You could go to APE for any number of things, if you're going for the rest, a lightened and balances crank for $225 wouldn't go astray. Helps you rev faster, ie quicker power delivery out of the turns. They also do full head jobs, offer cams, springs, retainers, rods, pistons, etc. They're a shop for draggers, but we street guys who want a bit of power can benefit from APE's expertise as well. I'm not advertising for them, i jsut really liek the guys at APE from my vintage Kawi days. Oh, website is http://cbrzone.com
