Niterider, wait a few thousand miles to fix your baby, get it safe and in one piece, but order some sliders and install them on this set of fairings, get some stickers and ride the bitch. It isn't a fashion show and everyone crashes sooner or later so it isn't like people are pointing and laughing at you, it would suck to go spend $1500 on repairs to just crash again from a noob mistake. Other people suggested this for good reason. BTW, I crashed mine at 500 miles last year, I got 8700 miles now and I still haven't fixed it. Maybe after 10,000 miles I'll be ready to fix mine, then again maybe 15000.
