Default Headlight issues.

Basically my headlights just quit working one day. Last night we had my bike torn down to install a new BMC filter and a PCIII. We were working the headlight issue but got nowhere. There is power through the system but when it gets to the gauge cluster is where we are losing it. Also my fuel indicator and right turn signal indicator used to not work but when we put everything back together both are working properly. I think the gauge cluster is just bad. any thoughts or comments would be appreciated. We ran a hot line and a toggle switch for the time being so that the lights would work but I would like to get it figured out and fixed. I will be changing the sprockets tonight -1/+2 so that will be nice as well. thanks

Can't shed any light on the headlights, however I hope you don't ride the freeway much with those sprockets. Mine revs like crazy at 80mph. A week after I did the sprockets I got transferred 25 miles away.

I will say that the new BMC filter, PC111, and the sprocket change dramatically changed the bikes performance. Once I get back to Colorado with the bike I will be doing a complete dyno tune on it, but for now the bike is running great. We had some bad storms down here and the bike got pushed over by the wind. It scracthed my tail section and my brand new seat cowl and broke the right mirrow. But other than all of that things are great, minus the headlight problem.
