Frame Sliders
ill be the first to go against no-cut although a couple people will tell you that they do work. i just dont trust something no cut and having the bracket/bolt bend and/or break and cause more damage. Your cutting into your fairings, big deal they still look the same. Your saving the frame not the fairings.

vortex baby..bought the bike with cheapy screw in sliders and rode around 3month with em then now its winter in MA so bought vortex frame and bar end sliders. Trying to install my right bar end i found out the bike was dropped on the right side. Possibly just a garage drop or something which i was told by the seller.
I have already seen two 07's that were drop, one in the driveway and one at less than 10mph, with no-cut sliders. Both ended up with cracked or broken cases becuase of the no-cut sliders...
Stick with real sliders and make the cuts. Woodcraft and euroracing make some of the best out there, but the Vortex are good as well.

I bought the Woodcraft sliders, thought I was buying the no-cut kind and started getting a bit worried that I had made the wrong choice... now I see in their instructions that they require cutting so I guess I did make a wise choice after all...
I'm going to go the other way and say that the R&G no-cuts that I have on my bike have SERIOUSLY beefy brackets that actually form AROUND the frame... they're not going anywhere... and if you crash hard enough to break through 1 inch of steel, then you also broke your frame most likely. Here's the stuff I have on them, and I think they look good to boot (kinda pricey though)...
