My bike has an aftermarket exhaust system of some sort( full header and can) but I am not really sure what kind, as it has been down and the badging is gone. it looks like it said ssr or ssx or something on the can but I really can't tell. Anyways, it appears that there are a few spots for springs on the mid pipe and can. Where can I get these springs?

 

Try going down to your dealership, they might have some.

 

well I belive it to be the vance and hines pictured right here. I will post pics of my exhaust this evening, as for riding to the dealership, I cant quite do that at the moment as I don't even have my motorcycle permit. Do you have a car you can drive down there in?

 

make sure you get the right size one .

if you are going to the dealer , make sure to take one for sample .

 

I most certainly do have a car, I just thought perhaps it would be easier to have the bike there to be able to look at the lengths right in front of you. I found a spring kit for the vance and hines exhaust over on bike bandit, So im going to order that and start there.
