Moving the rear brake reservoir?

Moving the rear brake reservoir?
I have an 07 CBR600rr that I like to take to the track and out on the street occasionally. I generally don't keep my rear seat or my rear pegs on because...well "screw you...get your own bike" [sm=guilty.gif]
Although I've been keeping my rear pegs on because the rear brake res guard is there. Anyone know of a kit or any suggestions on the best way to move the resto under the seat/above the wheel hugger?

RE: Moving the rear brake reservoir?
On the SV, I know a few people who just ran without the reservoir. You basically run a 4" tube with fluid, and plug it at the end. You have to check the fluid level more frequently because as your rear brake components wear, that fluid will be drawn into the caliper. And there isn't much of a reserve inside that 4" of tubing.

But you could easily move the reservoir pretty much anywhere you want, just get a longer connecting hose and mount it with zip ties if you have to.

RE: Moving the rear brake reservoir?
For a track bike there's no reason to spend that kind of $$$ on a rear res. Most Racers that remove the res, like blndweasl wrote, and just run a brake fluid safe line about 3" - 4" long, plugged with a bolt. The most important thing is to use a BRAKE FLUID SAFE line - don't run a standard clear or black gas line as it will wick moisture in and brake fluid out... I use this stuff: http://www.desmotimes.com/product28.htm
