Default what chain and sprocket sizes do people use?

just curious to what you guys are running as for size chain and how many teeth on your sprockets
it seems honda put a really low gearing on there 2005. something like a 16t front and 41t rear. i would like to change mine but not real sure what is good. any input would be great.

my 06 is stock for now....the went up one on the back and for now its fine....i will probably stay with the 530 as i don't see the weight savings from the 525 or 520 being significant enough on a mainly for the street bike

ps. its my undertstanding that the biggest difference is in changing to front; 1 down in the front is like 2 or 3 up in the back..
