Default Rookie Power Commander Question

Good Morning All,

Just a quick question regarding Power Commanders. I noticed on several differnt sites that two versions of thePC are available. One is for the street and one is for race applications. Is it safe to assume that I need the PC III USB EX vice the PC III USB?Thanks for the confirmation.

Both are Street versions , the PC III USB EX is a Smog Legal version made for California.

i was debating the same thing, because i plan on moving back to cali i thought it might be a good idea to use the EX version but then i was thinking if its smog legal it probably doesnt let you tune as much or doesnt do as well as the normal version. i went with the normal PC3 USB though. got mine for 270 shipped, and should be at my door tomorrow lol

Thank you for all the information; I will be ordering mine tomorrow morning from more power. I did see them online lastnight before I posted this. They do map prior to shipping and it's all done for $260.00 delivered to your front door! Thanks again for the information!
