yep mine is the same way

the zero gravity doesnt have the gap

i didnt notice until I put it on but since i only see it when i am not riding

it gives me incentive to get on the bike more

posted about this in June, everyone has had the same issue and Puig responded by saying the gap is acceptable to them. mine now gathers dust in the garage.

IMO the gap is so small that it wasnt worth the effort of taking it back

like i said

sit on the seat and its no longer there

Don't settle for substandard parts, just so you can say " I have a screen ".[sm=loser.gif]

have you actually seen the gap
its like 1/8 inch
personally i think it is a good idea because it gives some room for the upper to flex
if the upper was right against the screen i think that there would be the possibility of the upper pushing into the screen and cracking one or the other

I did just order one from brad @super bike tho !! He said it was the best, even w/a small gap.

I had the same problem and contacted Puig. I know this sounds crazy but it worked for me. Take the screen back off and install it again. When you install it, put the bottom screws in first and then work your way up to the top of the screen. Cut my gap in half.
