Kinda hard to tell, but I'd be willing to bet it's home-made, can't be that hard to do, there's nothing there but a bracket and bolts. how did he do the bracket? hard to tell, good luck.

it looks very similar to the ride engineering kit. there is another one i saw that was very similar to that. cant think of the name right now.

That looks very much like the Taylormade FE. I have it on my bike. Great product. Check out their website for details.

thats what I was going to say, but without the red lense over the bottom I was sure. I just could never get over the two brake lights.

On the Taylormade FE, the oval-shaped LED light is the running light. The LED bar is the brake light. Nice and bright.

oh sh*t I didnt realize that. Thats cool. I still like my stocker taillight with the bikelitez fe..

Is it from racetaylormade? If it is that's cool. But it seems like you can make it with a few parts. two elbow brackets and couple of screws and you have your fender eliminator. Of course you would have to convert the turning lights.
