Kinda hard to tell, but I'd be willing to bet it's home-made, can't be that hard to do, there's nothing there but a bracket and bolts. how did he do the bracket? hard to tell, good luck.

it looks very similar to the ride engineering kit. there is another one i saw that was very similar to that. cant think of the name right now.

On the Taylormade FE, the oval-shaped LED light is the running light. The LED bar is the brake light. Nice and bright.

Is it from racetaylormade? If it is that's cool. But it seems like you can make it with a few parts. two elbow brackets and couple of screws and you have your fender eliminator. Of course you would have to convert the turning lights.
