Are there any pros/cons to lowering my bike other than comfort ?

 

I lowered my 06 3 inches but it rode bouncey when cruising at high way speeds. So I tighted the suspension and then it would hurt my wrist on bad roads so I put it back to stock-wouldn't recommend it plus, you'll have to shorten your kickstand.

 

Its going to change your clearance too if you do any mountain riding or track days your footpegs will scrap the ground before your chicken strip is close to the edge of the tire...also if you do a wheelie you run the risk of your front fairing smashing down on your front tire hugger and leaving a gash on it
