Hey everyone, I am putting in an order here in a week or so for the Bazzaz Z bomb, KR tuned full exhaust, PCIII power commander, BnC Filter, and some clip on's like shorty levers and undertail. When i get these parts I will be making videos detailing the removal of the fairings, and installation process along with the flapper mod on video for your guys enjoyment. I thought it might help a few guys who haven't torqued a wrench on a sportsbike (or some who have if you havn't f*ckd wit a 08 1k there a bitch to take apart).

My question here is did anyone order the hotbodies "red" undertail for this yet and does it match. I have a history of HB not matching right before.

Also I noticed some of you have the Z Bomb, can i expect the results to be similar (5-7 hp gain) on top of the exhaust im installing. Or is it primarily for unmodded gains. Thanks for the help if you give any.

If someone could tell me how to get these videos on the site that would help too, pulling a throttle is waaayyy easier than working these blasted cumputa macean things.

 

There is a motorcycle shop here in San Diego that has the 08 1K on display with the HB undertail and it matches perfectly. I would've gotten it, but base rules are kinda strict and I didn't want to have to deal with the safety office. Anyways, it matches perfectly.

 

I would go for the BMC instead. [sm=joke.gif]

I don't have one but I have read on various forums that the match wasn't spot on and some buyers sent them back.

The Z bomb replaces the timing Honda removed so those gains will be there with or without a full exhaust butyou should seemore horsepower on top of what the Z bomb adds due to the full system.
