Where are the best locations to put the module for the pc3 on the 1000rr?

We mount ours in the upper fairing, attached to the upper fairing stay. This gives us easy access to the unit for mapping, and for re-mapping as modifications are made. Its also faily well crash protected there. The underseat area is the second choice, the upper is slightly better as far as crash protection goes... Make sure it is secured with either velcro or zip ties, as vibration is a PC3 killer.

It has weather plugs that go into the two open ports....

Under the rear seat. That's where I'm currently installing my HID ballasts too.
