I just bought a 2004 CBR1000rr and the owner before me had it lowered (he said only 1 inch), but I fell it is lower then that.
Can someone give me step by step directions to raise it back up (i'm 6'2" 235lbs) and need to back to where it needs to be. Or tell me how much it will cost to get raised.

 

Is it lowered in the front, rear or both? Also do you know which method was used to lower the bike?
