Two Brother's suck! Dont waste money on aftermarket filter. If they let more air in, they're letting more dirt in. Bazzazz or PowerCommander because with those you can not only add fuel, you can subtract fuel also. You should also get the "timing retard eliminator" Bazzazz is Z-Bomb, DynoJet is the IRC. Or you could skip all that and just get your ECU Flashed by Dano's for $200, it does away with all factory restrictions. Smooths and optimizes the power curve and fuel ratio and no need to buy the Power Commander or Bazzazz. And you can still run aftermarket exhaust without being to lean.

You should go visit your cousin on a weekend when theres racing or trackdays at Summit Point Motorsports Park. It just a belch & a holler over the hill from Winchester. To get the bike almost perfect a flashed ecu and the Power Commander 5 or Bazzazz would be ideal but its not necessary, just a flash will do.

The U.S. bike has government restriction, either noise or pollution. By installing the Z-Bomb or Dynojet IRC, it tricks it into being unrestricted but........its will then be a little lean at full throttle at 10,500 rpms, so now you need to add fuel back into it and the only was to do that is with the PowerCommander 5 or Bazzaz ZiFi. Or you can skip all that and just have your ecu flashed. A flash will remove the restrictions and add the fuel, and a few other things if you want. All this is referencing 08 and up cbr 1000rr. Not 07 and before, that I know of. I dont study to much on 07 and before since I dont have one of those.

A flashed ECU is a hacked and reprogrammed ECU. So, as to whether or not you can get yours done depends on if someone has made a program for it or not.

Looks like tgere are companies that flash 04-07 1000rrs
