Default DIY for Yoshi R77 Install

Hi everyone, newbie here.

I just purchased an R77 slip-on (SS) for my 2010 CBR1000. I found a DIY video for an install on a 2012. Will that step by step video be valid for my 2010? Wasn't sure if there were any significant differences in the exhaust mounting between the two years. From what I can tell, they look very similar although from what I gather, it appears the CBR model changed a little in 2011. The instructions that came with the slip-on are somewhat vague in detail.

If anyone knows of a better DIY video or instructions, please reference for me.
Thanks folks!

while there are slight differences with the '12, i don't think they amount to any changes in the install process.

Unless I hear otherwise, I'm going with it. Thx.

Install went fine, instructions that came with the slip-on were somewhat vague in certain areas but overall it went fine. Sounds great!

I do have a question for anyone that knows: The DIY video I watched for installing this slip-on was for a 2012. I have a 2010. In the video the guy mentioned an O2 sensor. I didn't see one on mine and want to make sure I'm not missing something. I would think it would be pretty obvious. I'm assuming the 2010 doesn't have an O2 sensor?

If your pipe doesn't have an o2 sensor on it, then you don't have anything to worry about. Just use the supplied o2 sensor bung nut that comes with the kit (don't forget the copper crush washer).
