Default Akropovic ID?

OK, my 06 1000RR has an Akropovik exhaust, was on there when I bought it Saturday. So how do I tell which exhaust is on it?

What do you mean? Full or Slip?
The Full exhaust comes with a carbon fiber heat shield.

The reason I was asking is becuase I was looking up under the tail at the exhaust and didn't see any coupling where the exhaust was attatched to the stock pipe. All the slip-on cans I've seen online have a stub with a hose clamp, this one doesn't have one. Here is a pic my wife took on Sunday of it.

It's not that great of a pic, and it looks like that the stock metal heat sheild is still on the bottom, but I can't tell if there is the carbon fiber piece you have on yours. I will go up to the shop later when I feel better and take some pics, I'm still fighting a nasty cold.

Henry

BTW Sweet bike ODEN

It will get a fender-ectomy and flush mounts soon. It already has frame sliders, swing arm spools, and a power commander.
