if i were you, i would just go to the website, and fill out the info... if the offer is still good, the website will go through paypal and they will submit a "invoice" and once you pay it. shortly after they will ship.

1) fill out info on website
2) recive and pay invoice
3) confirmation of shipping.

once you fill out the web form, and *if* its more than $8.50 don't pay the invoice. thats it.
