Default Low beam keeps burning out on F4

So I put one in last july. Prolly has 20 hours run time if that and burned out again. Anyone have any suggestions.

I do have LED flush signals and undertail with LED. I am doing the 01 - 03 conversion this weekend so I have a new led rear light with resistores built in.Not sure if old led has them or not

I had the same problem and it turned out to be the voltage rectifier / regulater. I just checked out Bike Bandit and they will bend you over for the tune of $160 for this. I got mine off of eBay for half the price, switched her up and no problem-o.

have you checked the connections on both the light and the harness. a loose wire will cause this.

No. My wife has to. LOL. I cant get my hand in there. It is actually the high beam that went out. And I noticed the blue light on the dash stopped comin on when I switch to the high beam too. That should come on even if its burnt out.

would not having load resistors on the front turn signals matter?

and why only the low beam?

No that is the only thing I had go on the bike. I went through a couple of headlights before posting on here for help. Changed the regulator out and I have had no problems since. She runs like a champ.

Bulb wasnt connected properly. Simple fix. The whole thing would have blown I think if it was regulator. Thanks though. If it continues I will look into that
