becuz the schools are allowed to teach Darwin's theory of evolution here. If the law passes what will be effected? aftermarket intake? K&N would just apply for CARB certification, which is pretty easy. I mean, unless you mess with the timing and all that stuff, it may not be that big of a deal... well..paying for smog checks...that would suck.

 

well this is the third time cali is trying to pass this crap but what will be affected is all bikes 2000 and newer will be required to have a smog check every 2 years and there is a possible leaning on aftermarket equipment exhaust be completely outlawed and smog equipment having to be present. i know one of the first things i did was ripped the smog equipment of my bike not happy with this purposal of some tree hugging hippy from so cal
