Guys got my 54 about 6 months ago and love the beast. Thing is...I'm taking her to Alaska and she'll be laid up for about 9 months at a time. Should I sell her before I go or take her and enjoy every minute of it?

This was my first street bike, but it's been fun. Only been on her for about 8 months and she was laid down before I got her. She broke me into street riding and was very strong. She had only a few scratches, and I think would be a great bike to learn/experiment on; given the right mentality.

Most guys who sell their 954 end up regretting the choice. If you can afford to keep the bike then do so.
