im taking it to a good shop that ive heard of and to change spark plugs, a new front tire and putting it on, and getting the carbs synced for 240 bucks is that a good deal?

You could do all this work easily yourself for free, would save you $240, or you could spend the $240 on tools to do the work, either way you're going to save money in the long run.

well i dont have most of the tools def not to change the tire and just a question what exactly is done to sync the carbs and is it good to have them cleaned too how much does that usually run

the tire would be a lil tricky with a couple of prybars...but its not impossible. Then you gotta balance them...i would still take the tire somewhere. The carbs, buy the tool needed and do it yourself. Its great experience learning how to, and working on things yourself.

well thanks for all the input i think for this first time im going to take it to the shop and see how they do and then i will end up working on it for myself seeing how easy it would be thanks

bring it to my house, i'll do it for free...except the tire, just buy it somewhere, get it mounted at tahoe's source for $15...only if you're local to teh OC.
