Ok so I bought these aftermarket rear turn signals on eBay, and the wires from the aftermarket turn signals are yellow and black. On my 2006 cbr f4i the rear left turn signal wires are orange and green and the rear right turn signal wires are blue and green. Which ones do i connect together???
Help asap!

 

On the bike the solid green wire is always the ground wire, and on the aftermarket signals the black wire is the ground wire. Since it's only a 2 wire light that leaves the one that's left as the power wire (yellow on the signals, and the orange and blue on the bike)

You can get the little pigtail connectors from Cycle Gear that have the stock plug on them... you just connect the wire leads to your aftermarket signals then just plug them into the stock connector just like the stock signals. Only a couple bucks, and that way you don't have to hack up your stock harness. Or just cut the pigtails off the stock signals when you take them off and use that connector... that's what I did. Rememeber if your new signals are LED then you must have the polarity correct or they will not work

Just got em installed. First thing I've done on my own to the bike. And it's a success!

i put an integrated tail light on and did everything right, the orange and blue go to positive, and the greens are negative, i put resistors on each side to slow down the signal, the right side works great and the left side is still blinkin fast, now i keep blowing fuses and i have no brake lights!
