I just noticed that you are from BC, so i will overlook your grammer for a minute.
but, why is it that you think you need a steering damper? yes they will help in certain situations, but IMO they are not needed on the F4i unless you are really hammering it, preferably out on the track, oryou just like to spend money I have never heard of tobys or sprint? the good quality ones like GPR and scotts should not interfere with the ignition.

Krash-
One definately needs a DAMPENER (just being a smartass) if the rider is tense on the bars and feeding unnecessary inputs into the sterring head. Also needed if the rider is too heavy for the suspension and connot keep the bike from po-go-ing. Also needed by squids who don't know how to properly roll on the throttle in the turns, therby stabilizing the machine. Also needed for general bling.
So there. No need to ask again why one would need a damper on an F4i. ha ha ha ha ha

If you drive like an *** on the streets, especially bumpy twisty roads, they're beneficial. There are no negatives to having a damper, in any situation, except the price. If you have the money, get one.
