You are right F4iPilot. I bought a multimeter recently. When I first tested my wall socket it reported 120 V AC, so I thought it worked good. But the POS is low on battery so it started misreporting voltages without my knowledge. It showed my battery to run at 19V and yesterdat it reported my wall socket was 180 V AC.. lol... Never buy cheap multimeters.

the old saying comes back in play here......."you get what you pay for"....that is like going out and buying a Kawasaki bike expecting to get service, and quality like a Honda....

Voltage meters are not accurate when the battery is low.

had the same problem with my dmm and it was the battery just like everyone else said. And as far as multimeters go the $15 dollar one i got before my 100 dollar one read just as accurate. Its when the battery starts to die is when the problems beginl. Especially checking resistance. Change the batteries and your good to go. NO reason to drop more than $50 tops unless you are a technician of some sorts auto, motorcycle, aviation.

LMAO at least I'm not the only on who hates kawasakis. I realy don't think that its the bikes being that bad, but the people that ride them are so damn cocky. A guy I work with is always talking sh*t about how much better kawis are than any other bike and I always ask him how they are doing in the AMAs, how long has it been since they got a top 3? Sorry but I just really don't like kawasaki guys.
