Should I sell them as a package?
I have two 1997 Blackbirds. Blackbird #1: I purchased new in February, 1998. I had accumulated about 38,000 miles on it by March of 2005 when I was tail-ended by a very senior citizen. Insurance totaled the bike, but I bought it back from insurance and bought plastic parts from other wrecked blackbirds on Ebay. Blackbird #1 runs, but the front end (forks) are tweaked and it's a little sketchy to ride. Blackbird #2, I purchased used in 2005 - just one month after my first blackbird was wrecked. #2 had 7,000 miles on it and was in pristine condition. Blackbird #2 now has a total of 39,000 miles. It looks and runs beautifully. the only mods are: Corbin hard bags, Hawk chain oiler, Throttle Meister throttle lock, and Xenon HID headlight. Most of my riding for the past few years has been on my KTM 990 adventure, so the Blackbirds just collect dust. and it is time to sell. Given that Blackbird parts are getting a little harder to find, I'm wondering if I should list the two birds as a package deal ... one perfectly good bike and one parts bike. Thoughts?
