Default ignition coils do not spark

Hi, I need some advice, my CBR started worse when cold and while it was running it choked in places + black spark plugs. I thought it was a faulty fuel pressure regulator, but after measuring the regulator the regulator is ok. Then I started measuring the individual MAP, IAT and fluid temperature sensors according to the workshop manual. The connectors from the controller were disconnected and they were measured. *I measured one pin on the controller with a meter against the ground* after reassembling the bike it didn't start anymore - the reason is that not a single ignition coil gives a spark. My question is, did that one measurement set off the controller??? Or is it blocking the HISS. The starter turns, the pump delivers fuel, the instrument panel doesn't write any errors but the coils simply don't give a spark. Thanks for the advice
