Haynes manual...
I have downloaded all the manuals I can find from within the forum and cannot seem to find the actual Haynes manual for my 96 CBR 1000F. I am getting ready to do a head gasket job and need all the torque specs and such. Just wondering if anyone could help thanks in advanced

I have a Haynes manual.
Tell me what torque specs you need and I'll find them for you.............

Had this arrive this morning. I don't think it's in the collection? but I haven't searched every link. If it is a repeat then feel free to remove it or think of it as an extra source
